Kapolei, HI (June 28, 2024) – Honsador Lumber is proud to announce the winners of the Spring 2024 High School Hero Award. Following the success of the Fall 2023 program, which recognized three outstanding students, this spring’s honorees were selected for their exceptional dedication to school spirit and community service.
Alika Rigaud of Kona and Brennan Yamaguchi of Oahu, stood out among their peers through their remarkable contributions.
Each winner will receive a $1,500 cash prize and a $250 donation in their name to a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization or academic department of their choice, courtesy of Honsador Lumber. This initiative aims to support educational and community initiatives that are meaningful to the recipients.
Honsador Lumber presented each winner with their certificate at their respective Honsador Lumber branches. Honsador Lumber remains committed to fostering excellence through programs like High School Hero and other scholarships, continuing its support for young leaders across Hawaii.
